April 29 Market Inventory Update
As of today, the market on Long Beach Island is seeing a low inventory for residential single-family and multi-family listings at only 146 active homes for sale (this metric does not include land for sale). To put this into perspective, the average number of active listings for sale in 2020 was about 235 homes. Of these 146 active listings only 11 are currently for sale below $1,000,000. There are 48 homes for sale with a listing price between $1,000,001-$2,000,000 and 57 for sale between $2,000,001-$3,000,000. Finally, there are 30 homes with a price tag over $3,000,001.
