My name is Luke Gilpin and I am a resident of Harvey Cedars, a quiet town on the north end of Long Beach Island (LBI). I have been tied to LBI my entire life, drawn back like a magnet for its beautiful beaches, pristine surf, rich history, and of course, the best real estate on the Jersey Shore. I am a 2022 graduate of Monmouth University, where I obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate. During my time at the University I also began my career in the industry with the Van Dyk Group. My time at Monmouth's Kislak Real Estate Institute as well as the first hand experience in the island market provided me with invaluable insight and a unique skill set specifically focused on this exciting industry.
