My name is Luke Gilpin, and I’m proud to call Long Beach Island (LBI) home. I live in Harvey Cedars, a picturesque town on the north end of the island, where the beautiful beaches, rich history, and tight-knit community have always been a significant part of my life and continue to fuel my passion for real estate on the Jersey Shore.
In 2022, I graduated from Monmouth University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate, and simultaneously began my career as an agent with the Van Dyk Group. My education at Monmouth’s Kislak Real Estate Institute provided me with a solid academic foundation, while my real-world experience has deepened my understanding of the dynamic LBI market and sharpened my expertise.
